C# Entity Framework 6 bindings for Molio Doc

Open MolioDocEF6.sln, right click "Solution 'MolioDocEF6'" in Solution Explorer and select "Restore NuGet Packages", then build. A molio.db.gz file will be placed in bin/Debug.
