Evaluate FHIR Shorthand as alternative to YAML. FHIR is a user-friendly rendition of HL7.
Health data is complex, so I trust the FHIR people to have invented something user-friendly. @ericprud do you know FSH?
It seems there are two variants: FSH and SUSHI.
