I did some tweaking for use with my own group, so I'll share the result with you

I translated it in english since we don't know german. Most of the config I have done is of the cosmetic type (tweaked the CSS - very unprofessionally, I have zero experience in coding properly: not a coder) to be more to my taste and I've asked Elyukai (Optolith's maintainer) to tweak a bit of the .js for me (added the bonus/penalty to the roll, as well a a button to copy the results to the clipboard)

Other tweak, I added a link for the character sheet (the character name in gold in the upper middle section is a link to a file) so that it can easily be hosted anywhere and the player can have access to it easily. In the sample I sent you the character name is "Ukkobald".

Note that I've removed the ability to edit the scores, as I wasn't really using that.

Feel free to take whatever you want from it (I didn't include vue.js, which I didn't touch)
