Support for OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini

When will support for OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini be available in Jupyter AI?

Is it already supported? Because I don't see it in the drop down list.

This fix is included in Jupyter AI v2.20.0, which @dlqqq released yesterday.

@JasonWeill I have upgraded to v2.20.0. I still don't see gpt-4o-mini. langchain-openai is also the latest 0.1.19. Should I be upgrading some additional packages?

@passivebook I see gpt-4o-mini available in my environment running v2.20.0. I would recommend:

• Ensure you've restarted your JupyterLab process after upgrading, and
• Make sure that you are running JupyterLab in the same environment where you upgraded Jupyter AI to v2.20.0.
