No language filter?

Asking here because there's no discussion area.

I'm using a path from TDMBHelper > Trakt > All tv shows calendrers > Yesterday.

1. A problem is there's no effective way to filter for English language content only. I've tried variations of custom filters lang contains eng, language contains eng, languages contain eng. Nothing works.
2. Since that didn't work I tried filtering based on country for US only. That narrows it down but what seems to be happening is it only filters for the first page of results. It won't show more than the results from that first page.
3. How do you exclude or filter with boolean operators, such as OR. Such as country contains US OR country contains AU
