A light meal for two. Total time 1 hour + prep.
- 1 acorn squash
- butter
- brown sugar
- maple syrup
- Cut the squash in half. Scoop out the seeds.
- Cut a grid of slices into it (halfway to the skin).
- On each half, smear on 1 tsp butter and 1 Tbsp brown sugar.
- On each half, pour in 1 Tbsp maple syrup.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Consider adding some cinammon?
