Description
Commit 5670fd8 has introduced some z-index issues with the poster image and player. This PR fixes those issues.

The other problem was that the poster image didn't look right when
posterFadingis set to true. I found that this problem was already present, but did attempt to fix it. I've also added a test config withposterFadinganddynamicBlurset tofalse.Fixes #172
Added a fix for the inline player not respecting the player autostart setting by default.
