Hello,

I'm getting the following error when running cargo edit-locally cc on my project:

error: failed resolve crate

Caused by:
  failed to parse lock file at: C:\Users\administrator\dev\project\Cargo.lock

Caused by:
  invalid serialized PackageId for key `package.dependencies`
