What happened?

After a purge MedusaTask is completed, a sync MedusaTask is created by the operator.
The sync MedusaTask doesn't inherit from the labels set on the purge MedusaTask.

Did you expect to see something different?

I expect the purge MedusaTask to inherit from the labels set on the purge MedusaTask .

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

Create a purge MedusaTask with a a label.

Environment

  • K8ssandra Operator version:
    1.14

  • Kubernetes version information:
    1.29
