Tekton Pipeline for Java-Microprofile

Kabanero-io will host Tekton pipelines to build Appsody stack applications. The pipelines are delivered via the kabanero-pipelines repository.

Execution of the issue includes:

• creation of the new repository
• inclusion of at least the build pipeline for the java-microprofile stack.
• readme.md documentation introducing the repository, describing the default pipelines contained within and that the exemplary pipelines can be customized by the enterprise architect or integration specialist.

So I'm going to close this issue for the July timeframe since we are getting a new team responsible for Tekton pipelines for Kabanero. The new group will organize, develop, and deliver the Kabanero specific pipelines. The default Kabanero build and run pipelines will likely process any Appsody collection, rather than having a unique one for each particular collection type.
