In case someone wants to install on windows, You will need to download an updated GTK3-runtime from https://github.com/tschoonj/GTK-for-Windows-Runtime-Environment-Installer/releases, the one provided will not work.

This isn't exactly a bug, but I figured I would mention it anyway
