is it support ignore directory which should call `/bin/rm' direct.

like some temporary file /tmp/xxx

I prefer the solution similar to #16 , ignoring a directory might bring unexpected results.

We could do a joint discussion there.

I will merge this issue into #16, and close this one for now.
