Big cleanup.
No more TypeScript.
- renamed the library from
OddstreamtoFlowState
- API changed quite a bit to be more constitent
- added handling of side effects inspired by redux-observable
- change the argument order of the dispatch function to action type first, payload stream second
- Changed the class name from
OddStreamtoOddstreamin order to make it consistent with the module name. - exporting a
createOddstreamfunction in order to create an Oddstream
- updated deps
- removed the link to ng2 example from README
