Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
I added a premium account API_ID & API_HASH but when i try to upload Bigger files than 2GB it says it can't upload Bigger file than 2000MB
Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
It should upload Bigger files than 2Gb

I don't think so, There's other bots in telegram that Supports 4GB uploading

can you provide logs of what's happening
its pretty hard to say about it without logs

also it need string session not api id & hash
and dont see any vars
so its not supported YET!
