Delivery Profile created but not getting in storage Profile lists

Currently we have Kaltura 10.4.0 installed, I have Installed this server for one of production requirement, After Installation time i have created and setup-ed delivery profile and storage that time i get the delivery profile list while i choose from Storage Specific setup configuration. It worked before, but now it's not working. Now i need to create a new publisher and need to define S3 and Cloud-front for him, So i have created a delivery profile and it works, After that while i'am trying to create Storage profile we have to choose the delivery profile from available list right its not showing me the delivery profiles there, Only default one is there. how can i fix this for permanent. Thank you..
