Expose securityContext on kanister-operator deployment to improve security

As for now the Deployment object for kanister-operator does not allow securityContext modifications.

Modify Deployment https://github.com/kanisterio/kanister/blob/master/helm/kanister-operator/templates/deployment.yaml to allow Pod SecurityContext and containerSecurity context customization.
