Please describe the task that needs to be done

Context

Currently, there's the KAOTO_UI_VERSION in that About modal.

Goal

The goal would be to provide the commit hash as a way to identify which commit is currently deployed.

Notes

A similar functionality would be required for vscode-kaoto
