Special price less than 100

Hi, how can i implement this functionality, to add products that have Special price with specific price.

e.g: a category for all products that are under $100.

i have fixed this on a pull request, now special price format is like :

special price less than value ;

avilable operations :

is
is not
equals and greater than
equals and less than
greater than
less than
contains
dose not contain
is one of 
is not one of

Special Price to Date is considered correctly

I have installed the latest module but I can't see available operations mentioned above on Special Price.
I have only two conditions: Products has Special Price, Product does not have Special Price.
Please advise how can I get a full list of operation?

The pull request did not merge yet with the latest version of the extension.

You can check the pull request and add the changes yourself.
