Which jobs are failing:
e2e test

Which test(s) are failing:
All E2E tests.

Since when has it been failing:
I noticed that the GitHub Action just updated its Virtual Environment from 20210614.1 to 20210628.1, the hack/karmada-bootstrap.sh will hanging there as mentioned by this comments.

Reason for failure:
