Should trigger a save when a cell goes into a terminal state

This is tricky, because the state test code is the same whenever the narrative loads, and when the front end receives a signal from the kernel.

We need a test to make sure that this only happens once, otherwise it'll save once for each cell on startup. So when it transitions from not-done to done (which is okay if it's on startup, I guess).
