Keda Http has stopped scaling

I've been using keda http and its been going great until today. It's suddenly stopped scaling anything, in the interceptor logs i see:

The relevant HPA i see has a min of 1 and a max of 1 but the desired replicas is 0. This is effecting every keda http object in the cluster.
