Parent task: Add documentation for users who want to use Kedro as a library

This is a parent task for a range of documentation pages, sections, blog posts, examples, etc.

Overall goal is: Improve, widen, and clarify our messaging around how other users have used specific parts of Kedro without having the (perceived) burden of using the entire framework (project template and dependencies). In effect, document how to use Kedro as a library i.e. use Kedro's functionalities independently from the framework.
