Description

In #2888 I split out the partitioned/incremental datasets into a new page but didn't revise the content. It's dense and quite difficult to read and it also doesn't really say what it does. We need to rewrite the page to explain a definite user problem and how these datasets solve it. Some graphics would be useful too!
