                            Preamble

  The GNU Affero General Public License is a free, copyleft license for

modification of original code and not misrepresent the origins of the original
nor additional code.

  User-facing attribution to Kee Vault must be included in a language that all
user's of your modified software will understand.  Such attribution must
include user-visible and actionable links to the appropriate original Kee
Vault websites.  The suitability of any proposed attribution may be discussed
with the copyright holder at contact@kee.pm if necessary but in most cases,
and in the absence of any written agreement to the contrary from the copyright
holder, the following example should be used:

  "This service is based upon the Kee Vault source code originally released
under open source license by Kee Vault Ltd".  The line break between
"released" and "under" is specific to the presentation of this license
agreement and should not be included in the attribution text.  The words "Kee
Vault" (1st occurrence) should link to https://keevault.pm and the words "Kee
Vault Ltd" should link to https://www.kee.pm.  Professional translations to
other languages are acceptable, with the usual caveat that trademarks and
names are not translated.  Professional translations to other languages are
required if the user interface language offered to users of your service is
not English.  If the word "service" is inappropriate for your use-case, a
similar more suitable word can be substituted, such as "software" or "app".

  19. Use of the Kee Vault name / logo.

  Kee Vault and the Kee Vault logo are trademarks of Kee Vault Ltd.  This
license allows limited use of these trademarks under the following terms:

    a) All the trade marks of the licensor under consideration for the
    agreement including "Kee Vault" and the Kee Vault logos shall be used
    exclusively for the purpose of this agreement and shall not be used for
    any other purpose unless a written consent is obtained from the licensor.

    b) The limited license to use the Kee Vault trade marks, given herein does
    not include the right to use the name or logos as a trade mark to identify
    or promote any products or services other than those offered by Kee Vault
    Ltd.  For example, no trademarked name or logo may be used on any product
    packaging or documentation, such as (but not limited to) on physical
    digital media labels or packaging, websites, apps, books or other
    publications.  Any such use must be expressly authorised by Kee Vault Ltd
    in a signed, written agreement.

    c) While using the Kee Vault trademarks the users must adhere to the
    guidelines published at https://www.kee.pm/trademarks.  Those guidelines
    dictate the acceptable use of colour, shape, proportions and spacing, for
    example.  The guidelines may be modified from time to time.  While it is
    required that new uses of the trademarks follow the guidelines available
    at the time of that use, no historical use of the trademarks will be
    expected to adhere to the new guidelines.  We may request that old uses of
    the trademarks are brought into line with the latest trademark guidelines
    and would hope that where such changes are feasible, the latest guidelines
    will be followed on a goodwill basis.

    d) The use must not be detrimental, i.e. harmful or damaging, to the value
    of the Kee Vault brand or trademarks, or to Kee Vault Ltd, its brand
    integrity, reputation or goodwill, or the employees, directors and
    shareholders of Kee Vault Ltd as determined by Kee Vault Ltd in its sole
    discretion.

    e) Any act of the users against the above mentioned conditions amounts to
    the violation of the IPRs of the licensor i.e. Kee Vault Ltd, related to
    trade mark and punishable under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and rules made
    thereunder, as well as the Copyrights Act, 1957 and rules made thereunder.

marks and/or a violation of this Trademark Policy to contact@kee.pm

  20. Miscellaneous

  If any provision of this license is held to be unenforceable, the
enforceability of the remaining provisions shall in no way be affected or
impaired.

  To clarify the intent of the term "network interaction" in the AGPLv3: This
includes anything where the user directly or indirectly interacts with a
feature that substantially depends upon any of the AGPLv3 licensed code.

  Concurrently meeting the requirements of sections 18 and 19 is possible but
doing so may require some thought and/or legal advice.  Guidance on which
parts of user-visible content should be retained and which changed may be
provided in the source code but this guidance is not a substitute for you
obtaining legal advice on what would ensure compliance with this license.

  Also note that this license does not grant access to the services that
provide additional features to the software covered under this license.  Such
services offered by Kee Vault Ltd are made available to subscribers via the
separate Terms and Conditions of that service.  We reserve the right to
prohibit forks of this licensed software from interacting with said services.
Such restrictions may be employed by technical and/or legal means as
appropriate.  This clause summarises but does not override the relevant
clauses in the service's terms and conditions.
