Firefox specific handling to manifest.json

manifest.json needs:

"applications": {
    "gecko": {
      "id": "id@something.fi"
    }
  },

to work with Firefox but Chrome throws warning Unrecognized manifest key 'applications'. if it is set. Add logic to inject applications-key to manifest.json when building add-on to Firefox
