Switching the order of steps

We briefly discussed this way back, but as an enhancement (only if time allows), it would be great to be able to switch the order of the steps (eg, if you wanted to see the connection between biomarker and behavior, you could switch the order). Another option could be the ability to delete steps (eg, if you wanted to see the connection between biomarker and behavior, you could delete collection, frequency, and communication).

I think this is possible, and I can see how it would be really useful, but I think it's beyond the scope of the incubator project. Right now column names are pretty hard-coded and this would probably require a more generalized approach to the data wrangling and UI pieces.
