kubelet-config.yaml is initialized and kubelet cannot be started

In section 09-bootstrapping-kubernetes-workers, the SUBNET value is written to kubelet-config.yaml

However, in the next code block, config/kubelet-config.yaml is transferred by scp command, so kubelet-config.yaml, which should be distributed to each worker node, is initialized.

As a result, kubelet stumbled upon an error where kubelet did not start up properly, so please remove the line in config/kubelet-config.yaml.
