Feature / Fix

  • generalize env wrapper and make_gym_env method
  • introduce proper method util.set_random_seed with better arg design. passes env random seed via spec.meta.random_seed. Introduce session spec saved file for reproducibility with random seed
  • standardize set_cuda_id method too
