TensorFlow version (you are using): N/A Are you willing to contribute it (Yes/No) : Y
Describe the feature and the current behavior/state.
tf-keras 2.17.0 is available on Pypi (https://pypi.org/project/tf-keras/), but there is no 2.17.0 release on the repository (https://github.com/keras-team/tf-keras/releases). This is preventing conda-forge from publishing the 2.17.0 release (conda-forge/tf-keras-feedstock#4) as it can't find the release artifacts.
Request is to create 2.17.0 release/tag on the repository to unblock conda-forge publishing.
Will this change the current api? How?
N/A
Who will benefit from this feature?
