Add New Projects Recently Added to Our README.md Table

Recently many new projects are added to this Web-Development Repository & it will continue to go on. I have added few of them already so make sure to check whether they already exist or not.

Note : Our README.md contains a table of small projects on the basis of increasing complexity

This editing README work will continue to go on as the project directories will update so make sure to edit it asap. You can ask below for any clarifications. Suggestions are also welcomed.
