This modelling is wrong.
Division (open, womens, mixed) is an attribute of a team (and maybe a game?).
The current Division model is really the format of the tournament for a set of team.

My new design will hopefully hide this from the UI since it isn't how TDs think about it. Backend models should be updated too.
