Out of date device list, suggesting a new source

Seems like the data source being used here is fairly out of date. iPhone 6P is the latest device from Apple listed, for instance.

Also there's no pixel ratio information which would be extremely handy to have.

I'd like to suggest scraping https://mydevice.io/devices/ as either a supplement or a replacement. If this sounds good I can throw together a PR. Not sure about any issues with taking data from the site and releasing under MIT, but it's all publicly available info.
