Please update the used Go version to the latest version 1.14.x or 1.15.x as these versions contain a fix for the following issue we have experienced with this provider: golang/go#32441

Symptomes of the issue were sporadic HTTP 400 errors, returned by the nginx-ingress-controller we are using in front of our Keycloak. We are currently disabling HTTP 2 on the nginx-ingress-controller as a workaround for this issue.
