[New Interface] How to wrap admin ui with custom provider getApp

I was wondering how to change the theme tokens for the admin ui. came across that I can wrap custom pages with ThemeProvider.

I think it would be useful to be able to customize the generated _app.js page.

This page is being generated from template and I am not sure how best to wrap the root (Core) component with my own provider.

this provider can be used in all the pages (once other customization is enabled) and useful for custom pages anyways.
