Not able to save the document

Not able to save an entry in alert list, Please refer the below screenshot.

Alerts: v1.0.7 (HEAD)

ERPNext: v14.56.0 (HEAD)

Frappe Framework: v14.74.1 (HEAD)

Also please check alert type is showing as blank.

I have made some changes to the plugin and hopefully it fixes the bug..

Please give it another try and let me know if the error is still there or if you face any other problem..
