Multi-tap feature added. In the config app, tick the "E2multitap" checkbox to enable this feature. Tap E2 once for E2, tap twice for E3, tap three times for E2+E3.

Increase to turntable sensitivity is no longer hard-coded. Use the tool to make it more sensitive when playing Infinitas.
