Support predefined item locations per scene

Currently, adding an item to a specific location requires entering coordinates or dragging the item to the correct location. For worlds that have special locations for items (for example, the numbered circles on JBC Mat A), it would be convenient to be able to choose one of these locations in the UI.

The list of predefined locations should be in scene definition so that different scenes can define different locations.
