Performance issue with domains

I have added to my pull request a fix to reuse the domain nodes which was identified when memory profiling a large umbraco site with multiple domains and 8,000+ nodes with hundreds of redirect rules. The domain nodes were being initialized multiple times per request which was the biggest bottleneck on the site by far.
