Server:

  1. Incoming request from client should be able to start and stop BigSoup gracefully.
  2. Akka actors should be terminated on stop and last world state should be returned to the caller

Front-end:

  1. Add stop and pause buttons on front-end side to control process in BigSoup

est: 1 + 2 / 1 = 4
spent: 1 = 1
2015-09-24: tried to fix logging and make play stop, no chance
