You can celebrate only the rare commits by setting a threshold based on rarity.
For example, in a repository that is updated frequently, celebrating a commit that contains 777 may be too much.
Therefore, by setting a threshold based on rarity, you can celebrate only the rare commits.
To implement this feature, you need to determine how rare the hash value / number is.
