Select_With help message - Items selection overlaps field, arrow not centered, highlighted box in IE

Expected Behavior

The selected items should roll out under the field, the arrow should be centered and selecting an item should not highlight the whole box

Current Behavior

The item selection overlaps the field, arrow is not centered, whole box is highlighted after selecting an item
