Not working at all

Just downloaded tusk and used the setup.exe file and it just does a little green screen with moving dots then opens evernote. Nothing changes if I do the shortcuts on the main page here, and nothing changes if I change theme to dark. Nothing.

Literally nothing is happening.

Did I do something wrong? What do I have to do to get this working?

same issue with shortcuts and themes on Linux using the snap package. Your title is a bit misleading though, maybe update it to something like "shortcuts / themes not working" :)

Ok, so, apparently the tusk does not work with the new version of evernote web, but you can change back to the old version. Simply click on your profile picture in the app window and select "switch to old evernote version". Then themes and shortcuts work again 🎉
