Turn off scrolling text

Description

I have no desire to have the song title/author scroll when it is too long. This is highly distracting. I might be OK if it scrolled once when the song started, but I'd like the option to shut it off entirely as well.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Update SpotMenu to 1.9.
2. Play a song with a long title.

Expected behavior: Options to turn off the automatic scrolling text.

Actual behavior: No options.

Reproduces how often: 100%
