Option to make background image move with the map

Hi there,

Currently the background image has a static position and doesn't move when the map is dragged or zoomed.
This would be fine if you just want some kind of wallpaper as a background, but not if you want to use the background to contain additional info.
I'd love to be able to use a custom background image to indicate buildings or network zones etc. This would only work if the background is attached to the map and moves/zooms with it.

I think the best option would be to add a toggle and let people select if the background should be static or move with the map.
