Could not remove existing post via mail actions.

Describe the bug
We posted an ad here We got an email according to the process then we hired someone now we want to remove the ad from the application, we send a request to remove the existing post but we still getting applications from the kodilan.com we doing the wrong thing or something wrong about mail actions?
