[Umbrella] Update examples in documentation

Some examples shown in the documentation are outdated. e.g. Install an obsolete component, and enable a deprecated feature-gate.

This is an umbrella issue for this kind of problem. We will collect the related matters and maintain the fixing status for issues.

1. Update the runtime-proxy document. Fix the installed version: https://koordinator.sh/docs/user-manuals/installation-runtime-proxy/
   • It shows an outdated runtime-proxy which is not available to k8s >= 1.26.
   • Need to add the compatibility matrix about the k8s and runtime-proxy versions: [proposal] add cri v1 api to koord-runtime-proxy koordinator#1051 (comment)
