Currently, I have to reboot the app in case any of the system language settings have changed

list of installed languages;
key sequence to change the language;
It would be nice to save user from this necessity.

we can re-read the registry values each time we need to simulate the keypress events;
we can re-read the list of installed languages each time (if it actually helps);
