I made the decision to deactivate unittests for Windows in the commit at cef7e11. This choice was driven by the fact that these tests didn't provide significant benefits, given the limited number of tests we currently have. Additionally, enabling them required configuring GitHub CI, which I am not currently inclined to do.

However, it is worth considering the possibility of re-enabling these unittests in the future.
