Not able to use dev environment any longer

I am trying to make some contribution (I could in the past), but right now it is impossible to run the development environment.

If I try to run via de docker using the command from https://github.com/krateng/maloja/blob/master/DEVELOPMENT.md

sh ./dev/run_docker.sh

It fails in the step 4

I tried also trying to installing locally and execute it with python, but I cannot even install the dependencies. I get an error doing pip install -r requirements.txt because it cannot find a match for doreah

I checked at pypi, and exists the version 2.0.1, but not sure why cannot find it.

Anyone that use it successfully can help me?
