Description
I understand that m.notice messages should be rendered a bit differently to make it clear they aren't as important as other messages e.g. to distinguish spam by friendly bots. Element Web would make them lighter gray, but I don't know if that introduces an accessibility concern.
To Reproduce
Communicate with a bot using m.notice or see it on a group alongside normal discussion.
